There can be several reasons why.
- Our payment processor PayPro Global or PayPal can delay sending the payment success notification to our servers due to sometimes their servers being busy. The delay is usually between a few minutes to rarely a few hours or more.
- Your order was withheld for security verification by our payment processor and needs to be manually verified by them. They will either approve it themselves or ask you for more information if they require it.
- Something went wrong with the order, an issue with your card perhaps or wrong/mistyped info or could be any reason that caused our payment processors to withhold it.
If you were charged, you don’t need to worry. PayPro Global or PayPal will either approve the transaction or refund your money if they reject it.
Please note that this happens completely beyond our control on payment handlers side and as soon as our system receives success notification, you will receive the upgrade.
